Tandoor Specialties
This exuberant dish is all about uniqueness, flavour, and display! It is marinated in a yogurt and spice-based mixture, impaled on long metal skewers, and lowered into the tandoor. With this cylindrical clay oven baking, the foodis evenly cooked from all sides, giving it a grill-like finish. It is served on a cast iron skillet with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and a side of our signature rich, and creamy, masala sauce.
